Mr. Sandler has handled many collection cases over the years, including unusual cases involving restitution for victims of crimes. The minimum collection matter he will handle is $10,000.00.
Mr. Sandler will pursue your case as quickly as possible. He is familiar with post judgment remedies such as garnishment and execution to collect your money. He is persistent and has collected some cases up to 19 years after the judgment was entered.
Most collection matters are handled with a $1,500.00 retainer and the balance due as a one-third contingent fee. Mr. Sandler will handle pay outs made over time by the debtor at no extra charge to you. Mr. Sandler will always try to obtain a favorable settlement to avoid further costs and fees.
Many of his clients are out of state companies with debtors residing in Florida. Mr. Sandler can also collect judgments issued by other states against Florida residents.
Some cases may require supplemental proceedings to collect against a corporation or individual who have fraudulently conveyed their assets to another corporation or individual. Mr. Sandler is experienced to do this; however, all such work is only performed on an hourly basis.
